Sarah
I wanted this piece to resemble overlapping sheets of aged copper.  I used plaster bandages to make the mold from Sarah's body, then I used fiberglass to cast the torso and surrounding areas. The finish is a metallic coating from Sculpt Nuveau.

Megan's fiberglass pregnancy cast. Megan was 7 months pregnant when the cast was made.

Zebra cast in fiberglass and painted with oil paint.

Graffiti Wall
The butt emerging through the brick wall belongs to my model Sarah. The graffiti that I painted on the wall is the same as a small tattoo on Sarah's butt. She tells me it means "mother and chld".

This peice was inspired by some brick buildings from the 1700's that I saw on a resent trip to St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. I used the same mold of Sarah's butt that I used on the Graffiti Wall. Notice the tattoo painted on this peice is the same as on Graffiti Wall
